IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS
2. Candidates will apply also apply online
through MES Official Website www.mes.gov.pk. Candidates
who are applying for BPS 6-14 will be choose city mentioned below for screening
test:- Abbottabad, Bahawalpur,
Gujranwala, Hyderabad, Karachi, Kharian, Lahore, Multan, Muzaffarabad, Pano
Aqil, Peshawar, Quetta, Rawalpindi and Sargodha. Candidates must be
mention exam center in application form by submitting online.
3. An objective type screening test (for
BPS 6-14) will be held out of Islamic Studies, Pakistan Studies, English,
General Knowledge and Subject relevant to post.
4. Non-Muslim must provide their
declaration on oath at the time of interview.
5. Govt Servants must apply after getting
departmental NOC showing their present service number (if any), rank and place
of duty.
6. Candidates how are applying for the posts
of BPS 1-2 are exempted from depositing fee. However, applicants from BPS 3-14
will deposit fee Askari Bank and Habib Bank Limited by generating online
Challan Form for amount as noted against each in all branches of Habib Bank
Limited and Askari Bank. Last date of application and fee is 11 September
2020:-
a.
BPS-3 to 10 - Rs. 400/-
b. BPS-11 to 14 - Rs. 500/-
Note: Postal Order and Bank Draft will not be accepted.
8. Age of candidates will be calculated
with effect from closing date of receipt of applications i.e. 07 September
2020.
9. Candidates will have to produce
following documents in original and attested photocopies at the time of
interview:

3 x Latest passport size photographs.
·
Attested photocopy of educational qualification.
·
Attested copy of domicile and CNIC.
·
Experience Certificates (if any).
10. Competent authority reserves the
right to accept or reject any / all applications without indicating any reason.
11. All communication will be made
through the valid active contact number (mobile number). Test and interview call
letter will be uploaded on MES official website.
12. Candidates can apply ONLY FOR
ONE POST AT A TIME.
13. Applications found with wrong credentials / false information will be rejected at any stage of recruitment process.
