WhatsApp
Channels is a feature that allows you to follow people and organizations on
WhatsApp to stay informed or learn something new. To find and follow channels, open WhatsApp
and tap on the Updates
tab (formerly known as Status).
Under the Updates
tab, select See
all adjacent to Find
channels. If you don’t have channels you’ve followed already,
select the Find
Channels button at the bottom. WhatsApp
will take you to a dedicated directory page where you can see different
channels you can follow.
Please note that WhatsApp Channels is available in limited countries and to limited admins for now, so it may not be available to you yet. If you have already created a channel, you can find and share a link to your channel from the channel info page. To get to your channel info page, open Channels by clicking the Channels icon, click your channel, and then click your channel name. Finally, click Copy link. If you need help with your channel, reach out to support by going to WhatsApp Settings > Help > Contact us.
